Some go about their life everyday with anxiety and try their very best to live with it, but sometimes things can just become a little too much and things can come crashing down. They hide behind a smile or a certain attitude but at the end of the day, anxiety can still attack their mind.
Nowadays people can hide behind technology use social media to make themselves seem confident or different to who they’re really like in reality, because they are afraid to show their true self perhaps? Maybe they are afraid to see what people will think of them.
Social media has become the new mask for those with anxiety but there is no need to hide behind a mask. This blog is here to talk about the issues with anxiety, ways to aid it and mostly raise awareness of how it is a mental health problem.
