With the amount of stigmatising content online, there is a need for fighting the mental health stigma. The stigma will not disappear on its own, and to fight it, I need your help. Perhaps you’re an individual with a mental illness, or maybe you’re an individual who doesn’t fully understand what living with a mental illnessĀ is really like, or you might be an avid supporter of fighting the mental health stigma and just want to lend a hand. Whatever your background, everyone has the ability to fight the stigma. Let’s make the world a stigma-free place not tomorrow, but today.
