A Working Woman’s Word

A Working Woman’s Word- a podcast segment in which I interviewed two women of different generations and explored their concerns and experiences with gender inequality in the workplace.

Samantha Huxtable, 45, worked as a senior category manager at a leading manufacturer. I wanted to find out what opportunities were available to her, coming into the workplace 25 years ago. Ayesha Rateb, 20, is currently a student at Bournemouth University and will soon be entering the workplace. In addition to understanding their experiences and perspectives, I was eager to see if they thought gender inequality still exists and whether they believed the Internet assisted in developing their careers.
