I am in my second year studying BA (Hons) Communications and Media, for part of an assignment I am required to create and share content\u00a0centred on a key social issue that has been impacted by web and mobile communications.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">I have chosen to\u00a0explore the topic of <strong>Social Media Obsession<\/strong>. This is a current issue within todays society, and I am going to be delving into\u00a0the reasons why. The amount of teenagers that are obsessed with their screens is larger than ever &#8211; but do we ever stop to think about why? I will be using my own experiences to inspire the content within this blog, as well as further research as I believe that is is an issue that I can relate to on many levels. I wouldn&#8217;t like to necessarily label myself as &#8216;Social Media Obsessed&#8217;, however it would be true to say that my life would be very different without it.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">In addition to this blog, I have also created Facebook and Twitter pages where I will be sharing additional content, so please feel free to like\/follow these pages!
