Perhaps you&#8217;re an individual with a mental illness, or maybe you&#8217;re an individual who doesn&#8217;t fully understand what living with a mental illness\u00a0is really like, or you might be an avid supporter of fighting the mental health stigma and just want to lend a hand. Whatever your background, everyone has the ability to fight the stigma.
