With this in mind, the Youtube platform has become increasingly saturated with\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/fortunelords.com\/youtube-statistics\/\">300 hours of video<\/a> being uploaded every minute.<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/1.bp.blogspot.com\/-cXKU5h1FkyM\/WHVr8uePjvI\/AAAAAAAACCg\/Vy6Q-xB291w70Y-fcVQqPdjuJ37wntfpQCLcB\/s320\/YT_CreatorOTR_1-6_red_Introducing.gif\" width=\"320\" height=\"180\" \/><\/p>\n<p>This has caused many smaller Youtubers to become trampled on, unable to reach new heights due to bigger names being in\u00a0the limelight. From home pages riddled with people already boasting millions of followers to trending videos only belonging to bigger names, nobody else could get a look in. All of this may be about to change though with the introduction of the \u00a0&#8216;<a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/search?q=%23CreatorOnTheRise&amp;src=tyah\">Creators On the Rise<\/a>&#8216; tab.<\/p>\n<p>While currently only available in America, it will feature two creators and two music artists each week. Each creator will have a full day dedicated to them on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/feed\/trending\">trending page<\/a>. While only having a day\u00a0may seem minimal, we believe it will give the opportunity for each creator and artist to have their own time in the spotlight.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\">&#8220;Each week, four different creators and artists will be highlighted and featured for a full day on Trending&#8221; &#8211;\u00a0Jon Youshaei<\/h3>\n<p>This option is available for any Youtuber with over 1000 subscribers. Youtube&#8217;s\u00a0Product Marketing Manager\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/youtube-creators.googleblog.com\/2017\/01\/a-new-way-to-discover-up-and-coming.html\">Jon Youshaei<\/a> said that they hope this addition to the trending page\u00a0will:\u00a0\u201chelp the world discover inspirational new creators.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/media.giphy.com\/media\/9OtT51FkSuFUs\/giphy.gif\" width=\"282\" height=\"159\" \/>In 2016 <a href=\"https:\/\/fortunelords.com\/youtube-statistics\/\">FortuneLords<\/a> stated that &#8220;80% of YouTube&#8217;s views are from outside of the U.S.&#8221; Our fingers and toes are crossed that this will become a global option soon.<\/p>\n<p>Shining a light on Youtubers is music to our ears.
