It would be ridiculous to not include Neistat on a list of influential online personalities. His comment section is regularly full of people commending him for becoming a role model in their lives. It is easy to see why so many look up to him. His work ethic is phenomenal and if he isn’t meandering around the planet making awe inspiring films, he is filling the ears of eager watchers. Casey is also a keen runner, keeping his viewer’s updated with his run times and Juice Press obsession. As far as role models go for younger audiences, Neistat is potentially one of the best. His desire to learn and live to the highest of his abilities is portrayed beautifully through his vlogs and we are led to believe his life is a hectic amalgamation of passion and desire to work, something many parents would wish for their children.
Adults are also in awe, with many aspiring to create work that will be as well received as Casey’s. At 35 Neistat is at an age where many are falling into routine and he showcases that it doesn’t have to be that way. While some may see his work as unattainable he has influenced others to overcome their fears and take up vlogging.
